My sentiments exactly. I never played Rune factory because I can’t play it as a girl. And my feminine side just won’t let me play it as a boy. I don’t know. Maybe it’s just me. Anyway, will this be available in English perhaps? It looks promising and the art is really nice.

It would have been nice if I were able to read Japanese. Then I would probably buy one of these games. I REALLY love otome games. I have Avalon Code and Atelier Annie. As well as Princess Debut. But these are the only girl games that I have. The rest are Pokemon. I found this blog as I was searching for an english otome game. And i can say that i am really glad to have found this. I am tempted to start playing Harvest Moon as some people recommended them to me. Can you recommend a particular HM game to start with? I am a total novice. And, oh, if you haven’t yet, try RE:Alistair. But I bet you already have it on your arsenal (or whatever). And you might know Pacthesis of Deviant Art? She makes dating games with cool story lines. You should check her out if you haven’t yet.

About 3600 points for each spirit unshackles the spirits. The only scenes that come in as “romance” for the spirits are at the end of the game… And Ur’s scene is super cute.

At the begining of the game and about half way through I was completely in love with Rex and Anwar, and ultimately decided on Rex. After his love confession and what not I beat the game and then began the post game where I finally found out that I could have Valdo as a lover. I didn’t have any knowledge of this game before seeing it in the store and buying it, so I thought it would just be a contest between Rex and Anwar. Three days later I fall head over heels for Valdo, even though I was with Rex. After a bit he confessed to me and I accepted. I mean come on people! He is the hurting lonely prince that we just want to comfort and make it all better. Now that I think about it, anytime a male character is in some kind of emotional pain, girls want to fix it… which pretty much explains the later half of the Naruto series…
